The company Fritz from Stuttgart modernized a listed building in Schwarenbergstraße 64 in Stuttgart, which has a history dating back to 1895.
Rheinzink was used as a material with a pre-weathered, slate blueen surface. In total, ca. 90 m² of roof were covered. Besides restrictions due to historic preservation, the specific features of this project were the Rheinzink diamond rhombuses at the dormers, and the specifically structured square gutter extensions.
